Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which was close to desired destinations and peaceful for some. However, the majority of reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing unhelpful or rude staff and unresolved issues. Cleanliness was also a major concern, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and poor maintenance. Several guests were disappointed by problems with amenities such as the TV, breakfast, and the pool. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and facilities.
