Pros (+) I liked that the location was close to my office. The kitchenette came in handy. The price for stays is extremely reasonable, but I found that this came at a cost...

Cons (-) There was a funky smell in the entire building. I couldn't tell what it was, but it was pretty overwhelming. I went to my room, cranked up the A/C and opened the window. I don't know if there is an airflow problem or what, but it will lead me to look elsewhere for hotel stays in the future.
