Requested a wheelchair accessible room. I called before leaving Chicago to verify it would be available around midnight when we arrived... no room for a wheelchair. This hotel is rundown. The price adequately reflects the condition

Nothing oh the floors had no carpet so they didn't smell terroble

It's filthy outside and the drug addicts are all over the property and hanging around. The exterior is filthy

The location was nice, everything we planned on seeing or doing was just a few minute drive away

The amenities where wrong on the website, the room was terrible and every time I went into the office to talk with someone no one was there.

The person in the office had a rude and hostile attitude, the very dirty rooms (the carpet, the beds, the baths); they did not have cosinine utensils (and according to the app they said they had), you have to pay extra for cleaning up room or wearing towels and sheets to the office to change and do it yourself. They don't clean the carpet, they don t clean the bathroom in 7 days... that's disgusting.
