Pros (+) Proximity to where we needed to be the next day.
Cons (-) Nonsmoking room smelled like smoke, terrible part of town, no ample parking for hotel guests. They didn't even have extra pillows so they gave us pillows from the lobby couch to sleep on. :/

Pros (+) Check in easy- staff friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Needed to stay across the street from the St. Vincent's Hospital in downtown LA due to a family members surgery so the location was perfect.. The hotel is very old, dirty and the room was very strange, old built in furniture. The floor had been and had chipped paint spots all over. Roaches in the bathroom. Did not feel safe staying there or going out at night.

Pros (+) Location! It's super close to downtown and Sunset Blvd and Hollywood Blvd! Staff was super nice! Sunrised to see many HOT chics at the pool everyday! Just overall a great find!
