Nic hotel good location
Every thing was good
location and sfaff
was a bit cold inside
The views are incredible and the rooms are spacious, modern and again with great views.
Poolside food was awful, very greasy, tasted poor and over expensive. The bar staff and front desk staff are great, the bar men upstairs in rooftop bar are lovely however we were really disappointed. At the weekends they reserve the majority of roof top area for paying outside guests, the manager Robert and his team were incredibly rude to us, they care far more about selling tables to outside guests other than looking after their existing paying hotel guests. We had nowhere to sit and even though people weren’t turning up for their reserved tables the team were very unaccommodating in helping me and my friend to sit down and enjoy a drink. When I politely spoke to the manager about this he basically didn’t care and was very rude to us so we left. The customer service at weekends up there is shocking. But again this doesn’t extend to the actual bar men who were lovely. Management seriously need a rethink, based on that experience alone I will not be coming back and I would not recommend this to anyone.
The room was outstanding. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They remembered my 53 wedding anniversary and had a special treat waiting for us. Off the chain experience. Get there as soon as you can. Best ever.
Everything was great.
