Pros:Convenient location
Cons:The toilet seat cover had dirt on it, water didn't get hot so I had to shower at the gym and the fire alarm battery was dead and kept beeping every 10 min. Don't stay in the bottom floor bc you can hear everything. For $115 I didn't get much out of it.
Pros:John at front desk was very nice and helpful.Showed me to my room and where to park behind the hotel, very friendly and kind. Room was roomy with nice wood furniture, chest of drawers, table 2 chairs. TV, microwave and fridge all worked fine. Amazingly quiet for a room facing Beverly Blvd. Will stay there again because of the rates. Neighborhood is amazing. Cafes and restaurants within 1/2 block. Health food store 1 block away and The Grove 2 blocks. Park literally across the street for walk and joggers. Trader Joe's 3 blocks and since they don't have breakfast, it's nice to be able to have the fridge and microwave. Ice machine and soft drink machine in courtyard with one table and four chairs. No odors especially not of cleaning fluids. Wifi is free. Always have coffee.
Cons:Bedding pretty old - I took a look at the pillows and they looked way to old and worn. Bathroom shower curtain needs replacing and bathroom in general needs upgrading - stains on counter, floor next to wall not well cleaned - needs a good redo. Towels dingy like they don't always use bleach. I've seen worse and
Pros:It was great until I got towed and the bill was $450 to get my car out from the city of LA due to the lack of parking from this hotel and the hotel telling us to use the meter, next day was an AIDS walk and everyone got towed. Because of this I would not recommend this hotel

The ownership told us to park at a meter and then our car got towed overnight due to the lack of parking spots with the hotel. Ended up being a charity event the next morning and the city impounded all vehicles at meters. A tow fee in the city of LA is about $450 and made this hotel very expensive

Pros:The motel was a good value, in a convenient and fun location.
Cons:There was some black mold around the bathroom window. The bedding was old and scratchy as were the towels. There seemed to be a towel shortage. In the middle if the day the towels are washed, so if you want to shower at that time you are out of luck. There were no cups provided in the rooms. The parking spaces were insanely tight. The soda machine was out of order. And the ice machine required quarters to operate.
