Pros (+) The location was perfect. Directly across from Tower of London. The staff was friendly. The train is below the building so very convient to rest of city. Room is small but very nice. The color changing shower was a nice touch. We got upgraded to the best view we could ever imagine. The balcony for the bar on 7th floor was great to look out at all the sights.

Pros (+) Very new, high-tech and clean. Gigantic bed with very nice views. And a nice attic bar.
Cons (-) The rooms are quite small for this price, but the space is optimally used. Not recommended for families with children.
