Pros (+) Atmosphere and interiors, smart technology and simplicity of rooms. Staff are all very helpful and attentive. Location excellent for Tate Modern and City generally.

Pros (+) Clean and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Helpful when our air conditioning broke. They gave us a different room.
Cons (-) The bed is against the wall which is difficult if there are two of you -- you have to crawl over your partner to get out. Also, there is no privacy the way the bathroom is set up. It is a pod with the toilet in the middle of the room and the sink in the main room. This room would work for one person, but it is a bit tight and personal for two.
