Excellent hotel
Exactly how a hotel should be run. Everything was perfect. The staff were brilliant.
Nothing
Not Modern
The location is excellent. Across the street from the be station and so many great shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was really comfortable.
The WiFi was terrible. It connected, but was too slow to make worthwhile. Also, the tv channels didn’t include any sports! Not that I wanted to waste my vacation watching sports on tv in a hotel, but it would’ve been nice to keep up on scores and such. Also the old building was very creaky. I was awaken by the neighbors above two nights.
Wonderful hotel with an awesome staff
Our room was perfectly set up for the traveller with a perfect set up for your clothes and plenty of room.
The entrance has 3 steps,a long step and then 2 more steps which makes it impossible for the handicap to access. So sad for such a perfect hotel. This seems to be true for a lot of London hotels.
23 years of excellence
I first stay at the Pelham in 1993. Based on this stay it is as good or better than ever. A civilized haven in the best corner of London.
Warm Hospitality and English Charm
Due to airline delays, our exhausted family of three arrived at the Pelham after midnight and was met with a warm welcome and beautifully appointed room (with a comfortable extra bed set up as requested for our son). Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. The Pelham could not have been lovelier, and the location is a perfect home base for exploring London.
