Pros (+) The location is excellent. Across the street from the be station and so many great shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was really comfortable.

Pros (+) Our room was perfectly set up for the traveller with a perfect set up for your clothes and plenty of room.
Cons (-) The entrance has 3 steps,a long step and then 2 more steps which makes it impossible for the handicap to access. So sad for such a perfect hotel. This seems to be true for a lot of London hotels.
