Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events at the O2, and many enjoyed the beautiful views from their rooms. Several reviewers highlighted friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, and well-equipped rooms. However, there were recurring complaints about cleanliness issues in some rooms, including dust and unclean bedding, as well as inconsistent service, particularly at breakfast and during check-in. Some guests also mentioned minor inconveniences such as poor water pressure, lack of plug adapters, and difficulties with parking or WiFi. Overall, while the location and some staff interactions stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness and service consistency would enhance the guest experience.

Cons (-) Location is hidden amongst high end residential area so it is quiet and safe. Hard for Uber to find, 10 minutes walk to Blackwall DLR station, but 20 min walk to Canary Wharfs (underground) station. It is at least 37 min train ride to City of London and other attractions. Breakfast not included. Bills for Breakfast and bar are charged separately; I am still working on correcting it after returning...

Pros (+) Staff is incredibly helpful and genuinely positive. Place is modern and clean; full marks for a modern well-tech'ed hotel. Restaurant was very workable and even took a date there...
Cons (-) the location is VERY FAR from anything tourist or business in London. Low-rates on room/night is swallowed in higher taxi (ridiculous), better-but-still-exorbitant Uber (could live with and did) or complicated-time-consuming options (uber or taxi to canary-wharf station, go to this line, change, go to that line, etc). Hotel Advice: Have pro-active information (like email) warning customers of extr...
