nice bar/restraunt good service.
ac bit noisy, cant open window in my room.
Great room, very spacious and also quiet.
Nothing, all good.
The hotel is perfectly located in the beating heart of London, right next to Oxford Street and British museum. Service is excellent, provided by a supper friendly and helpful staff (special thanks to lovely Kristhine). Room offers everything need but space (see below). Breakfast is fresh and tasty offering a nice choice of hot and cold products. Overall experience is very positive.
Our rooms at 6th floor were extremely small, one of them had a very inconvenient bathroom due to inclined walls. As each room is different, not sure those are representative. Other than that everything’s great.
Location was great, staff were excellent.
Our room was very small and in particular the bathroom was tiny with barely enough space to dry off after showering. We managed for one night but wouldn't like to be there any longer in such a small room
Great location and very comfortable. The staff here are really friendly and helpful. I try to stay here when I am in London.
