location and breakfast were fine.
The front desk staff were not very friendly. A typical example was the first time my daughter and I went downstairs for breakfast. I did not notice the sign which required us to wait for a table to be allocated to us. I should have expected more courtesy from the staff who came to address us. he literally yelled at me. I ate the food without tasting it. I felt horrible.
Rooms were quiet and the location was good. Easy access to bus station and train stations to Central London.
Beds were too small for two adults. Rooms were too small. Bathtub was not meant for usage by adults as it was very small.
Breakfast was excellent and the staff of the restaurant is very friendly. We had been three nights in this hotel and they have done proper cleaning in each day and also changed the towels in each day. Tube station is very near by and with in 2-3 minutes by walk you can reach to the stations. It is very good advantage in this hotel.
There is not enough parking spaces with in the premises. I could not find the hotel parking space and staff did not help me to find a place. just they told me to park in outside. I was disappointed and struggle to find a parking space. Room AC was not working properly.
