Hot water went out for a entire night and day and there was no communication about it. We had to ask what was going on. An employee knocked on our room door and barged into our room randomly one day even though we had it set to DnD and I yelled to hold on. I’ve never seen anyone from hotel staff do that. The staff were very friendly and kind, plus there was complimentary glass bottles of water in the room with water fountains on each floor that provide sparkling or still to refill the bottles with. The restaurant was also delicious in addition to all the other amenities like the pool, spa, steam room, sauna, etc.

Pros (+) Room was very good. Spa was good. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful.
Cons (-) Slight issue with room not being ready. Was invited to the premier area to have a free drink. However we were left in a room where businessmen were having a meeting and all of the drink sat in locked cabinets so,we couldn't have anything anyway. No-one came back to check on us so we left for the bar.
