Great location linked every place.
Really noisy. Gifted a room “with nice view”. Views nothing but MM world in the end. So tiny room.
We had an absolutely amazing stay. Facilities were great but the people were the thing that made this trip fabulous. The reception staff and the breakfast staff. Warm, friendly and kind!
Pleasant rooftop bar / restaurant. Great rooftop terrace.
For 400 GBP per night I would expect a room with a window which we did not get. The second room we moved to had a serious bad air / smell problem and windows that do not open, ventilation system that does not help. Without these it could have been perfect choice, even for 400 per night.
Great location for attractions. Room was clean and very stylist. Comfy bed and all facilities listed available. Staff were pleasant and we enjoyed going for food and a drink in the rooftop bar as the views are brilliant.
Unfortunately Leicester Square was very noisy at night, a busker with a guitar and an amplifier started up at 1030pm and didn’t stop until 3am so couldn’t get to sleep. I went down to reception at 2:30am and asked whether the Police had been called to move him on but the receptionist said the police had gone past on bikes but wouldn’t stop him singing as the crowd around him was too large. I asked if he had any earplugs but none were available. It ruined what should of been a lovely evening as had to be up for 7am to catch a train home.
