Pros:Spacious rooms. Really good restaurant with good breakfast. The staff was curteous and professional. Always willing to help. Great value.
Cons:Location was challenging! It’s a bit of a walk to the DLR. And a good ways from central London
Pros:This hotel is about to complete renovations and it looks great. First the rooms are very nicely decorated, they have a great size and are very comfortable. For a hotel so close to the Airport you cannot hear a thing. Several airplanes landed and took off over night and I did not hear a thing from the outside. The rest of the hotel is incredible. The hotel restaurant serves great food, very high class, the quality is great. I would highly recommend eating at the hotel. I have only had bad experiences at Ramada's but if they all remodel to be like this one I would stay here always.
Pros:Breakfast was excellent and the physical restaurant was a pleasant suprise. Also had some light fare in the bar in the evening and it was substantial and tasty.
Cons:WIFI wasn't as good as I've come to expect from most places in London. The whole place looked a bit worn and could use a refresh.
