Given the price, the facilities here are atrocious. Just 2 Tea bags in the room, tiny ensuite that is almost impossible to use (shower). Lots of things were broken or needed looking at. Won’t bother to stay there again.

Pros (+) Lobby was a large, warm, relaxing atmosphere.
Cons (-) Housekeeping lacked attention to detail, first night’s bedding was not clean, toilet and shower in “premium” were falling apart, again, no attention to detail from housekeeping or maintenance. I felt like I was in Mexico, not London!
