Cleaning was only once a week, you have to pay more to get additional housecleaning. The room telly is not a smart TV, just rigged up with a Chromecast. I requested the IT guy to come up to help me with the wifi, he took 45 mins to arrive at my room, after I called reception twice. Meanwhile I was working from the hotel, where my work is quite time sensitive. Wifi is also based on an open network ...
