Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were very dissatisfied with the cleanliness, noting dirty rooms, vermin, and unpleasant odors. Service also received negative feedback, with some staff described as unhelpful or inattentive, though a few guests mentioned friendly or kind personnel. Room size and comfort were often criticized, with several reviews mentioning small, uncomfortable beds. However, the hotel's location was appreciated for its proximity to public transport and shopping centers, and a handful of guests found the value for money reasonable given London prices.
