No cold water in shower. The staff were not welcoming. My mother is dying and I needed a quick over night break with my teenage daughter and as so tired forgot to hand in key. Told off. Then hadn’t registered breakfast finished at 9am when headed down at 915 and again told off. Top floor only suitable for those with no mobility issues - very narrow and steep. For price (if you get a breakfast) great for location though.
Good value for money
Nothing to report
toilet was too small also the shower
good location, small room but had enough plug sockets, kettle etc. Blackout curtains. The heating worked and the bathroom whilst small was fine and not as much of a struggle to move around in as other small bathrooms can be. Breakfast was ok - food was decent but only instant coffee - staff were friendly and helpful
Noise insulation was poor with an obvious gap between the sash and fixed window - didn't screen out any street noise really. The bed wasn't comfortable at all
Breakfast was good and everything was clean. Friendly staff
I could hear trains passing from my room. The room was in the basement, so even having 2 windows, the room was very dark.
