Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the peaceful and relaxing location, ideal for disconnecting and exploring Mallorca. The tranquil countryside setting and easy access to Palma and other attractions are highlights. While some guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, others noted limited staff presence and occasional communication challenges. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some rooms and common areas described as spotless, while others mention issues with insects and maintenance. Bed comfort is a recurring negative, with several guests finding beds and pillows uncomfortable. Breakfast is generally considered adequate but lacking in variety. Overall, the hotel is valued for its calm atmosphere, beautiful grounds, and pet-friendly policy, though improvements in comfort and service could enhance the experience.
