Guest reviews for this hotel are overwhelmingly negative, with cleanliness being a major concern—multiple guests reported dirty rooms, unclean linens, and poorly maintained facilities. Breakfast service was often described as lacking, with complaints about food quality, limited replenishment, and unsanitary conditions. Service issues were also common, including unhelpful staff, poor front desk experiences, and maintenance problems such as broken elevators and showers. has potential but they need to bring it up to current standards and clean it a lot more.

There were no towels in the room, took an hour to get any. Room was dirty, never cleaned in three days, bed was pitiful, not made properly. This was amongst the worst stays I have had in my entire career. I noticed only one employee my entire stay from early morning to late evening. 14 hour span. He tried his best but needed help. This place should be on the avoid at all costs list.
