Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to public transport, the airport, and city attractions. Some guests also found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, there were frequent complaints about the breakfast being basic or lacking variety, as well as concerns about cleanliness, including reports of bedbugs and poor housekeeping. Several guests mentioned small room sizes and issues with room assignments. Overall, while the location and some aspects of the service were appreciated, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and room comfort.
