Pros (+) The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean.
Cons (-) The mattresses were too soft and the scrambled eggs at breakfast were horrible. They had clearly come from a carton and were diluted with extra water.

Pros (+) Clean tidy rooms
Cons (-) Jacuzzi was out of order as was the sauna. When amenities are advertised I expect them to work. I don’t feel I got full value for the money. The continental breakfast is terrible. I’d rather save a few bucks on the room and eat elsewhere.

Pros (+) Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the fireplace and deck were a nice addition.
Cons (-) The shower barely trickled out the water so it took forever to take a shower!

Pros (+) It was very clean. And the rates were very good compared to other hotels in the area.
Cons (-) The front desk was a little over barring. She wanted to to charge me $10 for me having my two month old. I pretty much Told her where to go because what in the world is my tiny baby going to use in the hotel? After arguing with her, she decided to let me "slide".
