Pros: Room very comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Pool looked lovely though I was unable to use it because of the time of year. Excellent breakfast. Staff were ultra efficient and friendly. Loved my stay.
Cons: Shower head was too small and water pressure weak so shower wasn't very efficient.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay in Limassol. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Breakfast is incredible.
Cons: Nothing to complain about
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The massage was perfect!
5,4 Okay
Pros: the hotel has been recently renovated in all key areas such as new completely renovated rooms& bathrooms, renovated reception, lobby etc, and also has a very good and value for money Japanese restaurant. its a very good hotel for a summer get away but only if the price is right! don't pay too much for it as it will disappoint you! its NOT a luxury hotel.
Cons: THE STAFF IS RUDE: As we arrived at the hotel to check in at 12 o'clock (mid-day) we have been informed at the reception that the room will not be ready before 2pm, instead of offering us a drink or at the bar or recommending us what to do until then, as is the case in hotels like the Four Seasons next door... the receptionist just said that we can do anything we like until then.... so around 12:30 we visited akakiko to have an early lunch as we had to wait, we entered the restaurant as it seemed open and no one was there even though the doors were open and there was also an offer in the entrance for a 3 course meal. when we realized that something was wrong, we asked at the reception if its closed and if so why is there an offer on the entrance and an open door, and the response we received was" we are closed just for today so we just left it as t is''.

Pros: excellent value for money. Nicely done rooms and a very rich breakfast for the morning. Good location.
Cons: Pillows are too soft.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The whole hotel is pristine and elegant.
Cons: Lovely indoor spa and heated pool with relaxing music to drift away to. However ruined today by a loud Russian on a mobile for twenty minutes. Could be heard even from the Sauna. I was told mobile phones are allowed in this area. Very tempted to play loudspeaker English music in retaliation. Better manners than that.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, staff were equally excellent. The location of the hotel perfect, we have stayed at the hotel on a number of occasions previously.
Cons: The Apollo Restaurant food was of a good standard but the choice was very limited. Thought the food prices were very much over the top compared with comparable meals in the village some 5 minutes walk away. Things life coffee were completely overpriced, 24 euros for 4 small coffees are crazy, even central London do not charge the that amount.

Pros: Excellent hotel,staff,facilities.First class.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is truly a luxury resort. I have stayed in many hotels over the years and this is one of the very best. Huge luxurious room, amazing decor, everything you expect to see in a room of such a resort. The resort combines the green surroundings with the sea as it is of course a beach hotel but there is so much green around. The resort itself is like a huge garden and overall the views are really beautiful, Staff were always very kind and helpful, we really appreciated finding chocolates in our room in the evening with a note wishing us goodnight. It was also very nice to notice during breakfast thay they had a cook there to prepare things for us like omelettes, waffles etc. Also, they have table service and they make the coffee you want for you, which was very nice. They have a very large swimming pool in front of the main building with very nice views of the beach, as well as an indoor pool which is very nice. In the summer it will certainly be even better, we visited during the winter.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. Nice little extras included chocolates with our turn down service and a bookmark each night. The whole staff is great in helping out, and we were able to book everything from day trips through spa treatments to our (reluctant) return to the airport through them. The restaurants offer a variety of Cypriot dishes which were delicious. Any questions about the food were immediately answered. Our room included a private pool which offered a welcome reprieve if we wanted to cool off. The hotel grounds are well designed, making it appear like a little village - with lots of spaces for peace and quiet. We loved our stay!!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The locations is fantastic. In the heart of Pissouri bay. Coming to the Resort you immediately feel in a secluded very private space. The reception escorts you to the bar with a fantastic view and orders you a drink! Great service and the check in procedure takes place at the bar!!!Impressive. Then they drive you with a golf car to you room, well your suite! Spacious, functional, Nespresso, balcony with a view of the pool...I have nothing to add. Well, great beds, loads of pillows. Fruit, wine. Everything you need. As we were tiered we visited the Apollo restaurant, great staff, great steak although not on the cheap side (you don't really expect it, do you?) and very good service which was worth every penny. Next day we woke up and it was soooo quiet, really relaxing. Having breakfast is a pleasure, everything is fresh even the orange juice and great coffee. In general a luxury resort indeed, not overpriced for the luxury it offers. Great long relaxing weekend. Special thanks to all the staff reception, Panicos the bartender and Thomas at the restaurant and all the others:keep up the good work! We had a toilet breakdown and after calling the reception the maintenance was there in 3 minutes.
Cons: Details really. I think it needs a refurbishment in some particular areas like more modern bathrooms, higher pressure of water etc. But that is my opinion. Everything was great.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Very nice resort, well maintained, good food, very good service.
Cons: No on demand system .

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful
Cons: The AC
8,2 Excellent
Pros: It is a 3start plus hotel. Comfortable stay but not luxury. I like the food and bar was reasonable but again not too much effort from them to make it perfect. Management of hotel were not the best I came across. Specially with the problem solving which left me very annoyed at the checkin. The rest was OK and above average.
Cons: Management approach to the customer
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was kind of OK. Beach near hotel is nice. Rooms dated but clean.
Cons: Hosted at the dinner and breakfast. I asked for drink list and she started to give me attitude. Bc there is no drink menu, and I asked prices for weather beer and house wine. She made me feel like unworthy because I asked for prices.
6,7 Good
Cons: 23 November and not Christmas decoration?? Satisfied about this!!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Second time here. I liked absolutely everything - food, staff, location, facilities. Even the thunderstorms and little flooding on mokka bar terrace:) Best regards to everyone working there.
Cons: Due to the weddings it was quite noisy in the corridors some nights. Up to 3-4am. Understandable. Anyway, it will remain my favorite place.

Pros: Location is excellent. Very good big underground parking. Decent breakfast. Very good buffet dinner. Really good sound proof with the street: window of the room overlooked a building site but there was no noise in the room.

Cons: Very bad food.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Nice sea view. Helpful staff. Easy to reach location from highway and spacious parking.
Cons: Very poor quality breakfast and poor dinner. No taste.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Was a very short walk to the beachfront (about 4-5 minutes given local traffic), and was very accommodating for the conference I was attending. My room was cleaned daily, and while the balcony was small it did offer a beautiful view of the countryside.
7,0 Good
Pros: I liked the comfy sofa's in the lounge area. The staff are so so lovely , very helpful . Ethiopian waitress is an absolute darling , efficient & friendly always smiling. The waitresses in the restaurant are very kind mainly eastern Europeans. But lovely girls. The local wine is delicious. My 2nd evening meal was delicious. The soup was thick & tasty. The meat was well cooked. And plenty of gateaux for dessert. The reception staff are so helpful , I booked a trip through them the Grand Tour & had a fabulous day. I needed to book a taxi to pathos with my 3 suitcases & Stellios booked me on the travel express. €10 euro with all my luggage. Although you do have to take a taxi to the express office. But I was delivered to my next port of call. I'd been quoted €60 by a taxi company. So thank you Stellios. The pool area is large , & always in the sun. The pool is cleaned every day although it's a tad cold. The gardener's are lovely Indian chaps, very smiley. The covered veranda is huge. There is a path that leads on to the main road from the pool area & buses run into Limassol every 20 minutes. 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance. Irish sports bar plus another bar. The first cafe as you turn right is great the food is excellent. If you cross the road & go to the beach & turn right there's not a lot but you can walk all the way to Limassol but if you turn left there's a cafe a few metres alone & a fabulous fish restaurant about 300 metre's. Aprodites beach is lovely. Palm trees abound. The towels are changed every day in the hotel they aren't the best quality but they are fine. The linen is changed once a week. The cleaner is lovely, she's from the Cameroon's & again a lovely lady. If you do go out on the bus. This hotel is easy to spot when you come back . I enjoyed my time here. Met some interesting people. The hotel is old & a big dark inside but all in all . I enjoyed my stay.
Cons: This is an old fashioned hotel. No main light in the bedroom & the side lights are shaded with dark yellow shades. Made reading in bed very difficult. No outside light on balcony , so no sitting on the balcony to read either. The furniture on the balcony is basic plastic garden furniture. The curtains don't hold back the day light but that's ok because I'm an early riser. The lock on my balcony door was bent so I couldn't lock the balcony but again it wasn't a problem I was on the 4th floor. The price of coffee at the bar was €3.5 which is very expensive but it's good coffee. I don't know why a glass of wine is only €3 when the coffee is more expensive. The view was a sea view , you just have to ignore the backs of the horrible buildings in the forefront. 180 degree sea view. Only 2 sockets in room. And the TV is on one of them. But again that's not insurmountable. Loads of cats & they do come in to the hotel but I found that quite amusing. The food is hit & miss. Breakfast is good but very poor quality bread & the toasters either undercook or burn. The rolls are strange , sweet no lovely Greek bread in this place. I only ate twice in the evening, the soup was watery the meat over cooked & the veg rock hard & Luke warm. Jelly for dessert as the cake had all gone . The over zealous staff will clear the table if you leave to pick up some other food. This hotel is a haven for Russians .
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good value really comfortable bed Evening Buffet €10 really nice food and good value ..bar staff also friendly and affordable alcohol prices .
Cons: No kettles in the room.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Sorry but nothing!
Cons: The reception staff were very rude: we were standing in front of them for check in and they were talking to each other with insults and the same and worst happened at the check out! the room was dirty with rubbish from the previous guests and was smelling like very old, and the quilt was awful!! Also we found a plastic thing in the cake at the breakfast! There were only one plug to charge our mobile and it was broken so it was dangerous!!! It doesn't worth 100€ per night!!! I really regret my staying there!!!

Pros: Close to the centre and beach and the cheapest four star I could find. Comfortable bed and wonderful shower.
Cons: Not a big hotel with nothing to do. Basic but fine for the night.

Cons: They wanted me to pay €1.20 euro for a bottle of water. They didn’t even have complimentary water and its ridiculous for a four star hotel. Also, at the breakfast, the juices they had available were ready made, fake ones. Again, for a four star hotel its ridiculous.

Our room included a private pool which offered a welcome reprieve if we wanted to cool off. The hotel grounds are well designed, making it appear like a little village - with lots of spaces for peace and quiet. We loved our stay!!!

Pros: Very nice resort, well maintained, good food, very good service.
Cons: No on demand system .
