Staff here are the most welcoming and compassionate people. Not only was I surprised by a small birthday cake they prepared for me, on the day of arrival, which was my birthday, they also let us extend extra hours of stay to rest on the day of checkout because I was a bit under the weather. Cons (-) The hotel did not have my reservation. As a result I had to pay twice for my stay, a total of $1,800.00. This will be the last time I book with kayak. The hotel staff was not concerned at all with helping me resolve the issue.
