Pros. Everything. San isidro neighborhood is a residential place, so you don't have crowded streets. You have a supermarket one block from the hotel. The staff is amazing. Free parking. I had food poisoning on my trip and they took care of everything calling ambulances and preparing all the food i ask for my illness
Pros. The hotel room was spacious and well cleaned. Staff were really helpful and many spoke English. The hotel offers a lot of amenities that American hotels offer like a gym, laundry service, etc. It was really close to a supermarket and ATM which was really handy - quick access to water, groceries, and money.
Cons. The hallways have a kind of funny smell and our bathroom smelled pretty bad. We asked them to switch our room because of the smell but they preferred to try and fix the smell. It improved but lingered for the duration of our stay. The breakfast that was included was satisfactory but I feel like for the money that was spent it should have been more expansive. For example, plain scrambled eggs are included but there's a charge for adding ham or cheese. I've had better breakfasts at a lot of budget hotels.
