Guests say
Many guests had negative experiences, citing issues such as the hotel being closed without prior notice, lack of refunds, poor cleanliness, and disappointing amenities like non-functional jacuzzis and basic breakfast. Some reviews mention friendly hosts, comfortable beds, and good decor, but these positives are outweighed by the numerous complaints about service, cleanliness, and facilities. The location is described as neutral, with some finding it convenient and others less so. Overall, the reviews highlight significant problems with management, cleanliness, and amenities.
