Cons: We were being charged more than what we were told..the caterer for the breakfast didnt wear gloves when putting the biscuits out for breakfast.she was eating her own breakfast and not paying attention to the food, to make sure that it was stocked for people to get. The eggs were cold the only thing that was hot was the gravy. Our refrigerator in the room didnt work so we were unable to keep drinks or anything else cold.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Overall cleanliness of the property inside and out was very nice. The staff woman on hand was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. If you are headed to US129 Tail of the Dragon or any of the other driving roads, this isn't a bad option. About 20-25 minutes from the start of Tail of the Dragon.
Cons: I reserved a smoking room, and included in the comments that I would be bringing a pet. The room reserved was gone by the time I arrived, and she wasn't aware of pet. I picked this hotel chain because it was smoker AND pet friendly, but ended up stuck in a non-smoking room. I also found the bed to be too soft for my personal taste, and had a very hard time trying to get some sleep. If you like soft beds, that's not a bad thing.

Pros: We were in Tennessee for Christmas and to house hunt. Excellent location close to restaurants and shopping. Safe location and easy to find. Good complimentary hot/cold breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff and patrons. Huge parking lot which is well lighted.
Cons: Bed was comfy once you figured out an easy way to get into it. It is extremely HIGH. Sink and tub had left over hair in them. Otherwise the room was clean.

Pros: Room was spacious, we liked the couch and the desk. Pool was nice, breakfast waffles were really good.
Cons: The bed was hard and there was no shower curtain, the air didn't work as well as it should. The lorperty manager was over bearing. Honestly I felt like he was chasing people away with how controlling he is. The staff stared at us constantly while we were bringing our things into the room, it was very uncomfortable. If the manager can learn to back way off it would be a nice hotel.

Pros: Hotel is clean and nice. However can't take any breakfast from continental back to room, and charge 10$ extra per person and the GM yelled at me about a payment issue and they overcharged me and best western corporate won't fix it for me. They also tried to take 9 Payments out of my bank account even though I provided proof that they received the money from my card for the room upon check in, even 2 and half weeks later still attempting my card which is now frozen by my bank due to the continued attempts on my card to take out more payments. My advise pay cash or might end up in same boat I'm in. The GM could care less how he messed up my bank account and left me in a whole mess of a situation.
