Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful service, as well as its convenient location near the city center and attractions. However, many were disappointed with the breakfast, describing it as repetitive, lacking variety, or poor in quality. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, particularly regarding the rooms and pool area. The pool and other amenities received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying them and others noting maintenance or access issues. Overall, while the service and location stood out positively, improvements in breakfast quality and cleanliness are needed.
