Very easy to find and a very good location of the hotel. Good shopping nearby. Good atmosphere and nice events at the hotel. The breakfast was absolutely excellent.

Why is this hotel a 4* - the first room I had was dirty and out dated. The base of the bed was held together with gaffer tape the bathroom was mouldy. I changed rooms (only a single available) and the new room was cleaner but you had to be a contortionist to get into the shower - very bad design and would not have been easy for anyone who wasnt agile
When a basic twin room was not available I was upgraded free to a better class of room. It was very nice to have hotel staff be so helpful.
