Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's superb location, with many highlighting its proximity to the train station, beautiful views, and convenience for exploring the Jungfrau region. The staff were frequently described as friendly and helpful. However, reviews were mixed regarding cleanliness and bed comfort, with some guests finding the rooms clean and beds comfortable, while others noted issues with outdated furnishings, creaky beds, and inconsistent housekeeping. The bathrooms and amenities were often criticized for being small, old, or lacking, and the absence of an elevator was a common inconvenience, especially for guests with luggage. Despite these drawbacks, the excellent location and views were the most consistently appreciated aspects.
