Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's location and cleanliness, noting its great proximity to attractions and well-kept facilities. However, there were several complaints regarding the service quality at the front desk, with reports of rudeness and long wait times. Noise from nearby clubs and issues with the bathroom facilities, specifically related to design and maintenance, were also common concerns. Despite these issues, many guests found the bed comfortable and enjoyed their overall stay.

Cosmo once was an amazing hotel. Now it’s just a Vegas hotel. Long long slow check-in. No status acknowledgment. No real courtesy. You’re just a guest deal with it attitude. Air conditioning barely working in boulevard tower .The hotel in itself is good. But this is not the Cosmo it once was

When you're paying for a fairly high end suite in a modern hotel you'd expect a coffee machine in the room. Or a kettle or something. Ridiculous that they don't provide that.

My stay was absolutely AMAZING and everything I needed. We will definitely return and have decided to make the COSMOPOLITAN our permanent host hotel.

Amazing!!! I recommend a balcony facing the fountain! We never turned the tv on. Just sat out there and enjoyed the sights! Starbucks was on the first floor so that was perfect!

Their business center is a joke. I needed something for a meeting and couldn't get it done. People were extremely nice, just not helpful. This is a place I would come to play, but not really for people who have to do business.

The resort fee is nothing but a gouge. This is just another gaudy Vegas hotel. Charging $50 per day for resort fees when there's no resort is plain theft. Further, Kayak did not show me clearly that there was a resort fee when I booked. I might have chosen a different hotel.

Still one of the best hotel on the strip. Centrally located and easy access to other attractions. Rooms are very attractively decorated. Hallways and elevators were cigarette smell free, very nice air filter system unlike other hotels. This is my favorite place to stay whenever I can get a deal from Cosmopoliant.
