We enjoyed the pool and set up of the hotel room/suite. However, our ground floor room with a view of a tractor trailer parking lot was far from ideal. We had several issues in the room (TVs not working, fridge leaking, and dishwasher not working properly) but the hotel staff was quick to respond, for the most part. Cons (-) They never cleaned our room. They said they will only clean if you stay 7 days and we were there for 4 days. Never cleaned the pool and you could see roaches floating. We paid so much money for the lack of cleanliness. Our towels were never changed and it took us two days of nagging to get clean towels. I would never stay there again.

Pros (+) Pool and beach area are perfect for kids. Lazy river was fun and loved the free actives for kids at Tower 5.
Cons (-) Lack of Food Delivery to Pool Guests. I walked over to bar and they were not selling food. My only option was to take my son out of the pool, walk to restaurant, order, sit back down, get son out of pool, and walk back over. You are better than this.
