Cons (-) I wrote to say the toaster had coils outside of the toaster morning 1. I got a response 3 days later. Staff was rude. We checked in and our keys didn't work, twice. The 2nd time bellman was delivering luggage to our 2 bedroom suite. The bellman wouldn't let us into the 2nd room. He called maintenance to come fix the lock.
