For me , it was my first visit and stay in this Hotel with my wife , it’s really wonderful hotel , everything was perfect since we checked in till checkout .
i just didn’t like that they hold 150$ per night on the card , if they can do it 100$ it’s fine as different hotel we stayed in before used to hold 100$ per night , the second thing is I didn’t like is the restaurants downstairs around the casinos close very early at 7 pm in weekdays , and the third thing is I didn’t like one of the security girl on the pool came talking and yelling at me because of the mask , this is first time to me there during this pandemic and i was following the rules for our safty first , but at the pool i just take it out coz i was putting some oil on my face then i wanna put the mask on but she came right a way and start yelling at me and my friend says what’s up with her like that , so as first time to me there in this pandemic and didn’t know that i have to keep the mask on unless if I’m actively eating or drinking or in the pool so she can talk in a different polite way more than tht if she can , we ordered drinks and whn we got the drinks i also removed my mask to drink then i put the drink aside, she came right a way and yelled again and said “ u have to hold the bottle in ur hand so people and i can see you have a deinks ...etc “ I appreciate all that hard work but she can really would talked in different way because I wasn’t really known wht is allowed or not for mask requirements, I didn’t go there to have an issue i just went to chill and relax this is why was so patient and calm and replied politely to her . Thank you again Stay all safe . 100% I recommend this hotel to others .
I am a admin traveler, and I have stayed at many hotels on my adventures. This has become my favorite hotel. I definitely will be returning. This facility is very Covid prepared. They provide you with masks, sanitizer, plus even give you a door handle puller so you don’t have to touch any doors.
Everything just perfect
A fridge you could use without being charged and a coffee maker.
Room technology is great, beautiful view from room, comfortable bed, generally quiet rooms (can’t hear neighbors). Hotel is not too large to be overwhelming or confusing.
Would have liked better/more shops within the hotel, feels like there is quite of bit of unused space. Would have liked an adjustable showerhead in the shower (prefer more showered spray of water)
Vegas NYE 2018-19
Great customer service.
The rooms were a bit old.
Aria
Always a great stay. Great staff
The best service, casino, restaurants and spa
The spa does reach capacity quickly
I stay here at least 2x a year for my boyfriends conferences. It's like a home away from hom.
The rooms were not cleaned as often as I liked, especially the bathroom. They tidied up but I can tell it was not cleaned.
Luxury done right
Very beautiful and modern hotel. Loved the room amenities and all the conveniences of modern luxury.
The hallways are long so expect to walk a distance to your room with only one set of elevators for the wingit services.
There was not enough staff on the check in desk. This made check in take far too long.
Very nice design and beautifull modern ambiance!
Not a real 5-star hotel. Poor service. Everything in the minibar is sensored. Feels like you are beeing watched!
amazing beds
couldn't win anything
The entertainment
The comfort, design of the room and food.
I liked the accomodations in the room- very elegant yet modern, clean and sophisticated
check in process- they didn't have a room available that wasn't non-smoking and then after some complaint they found a room
I liked a luxury, confort,gourmet, cassino location.
The elevations is not clouse my room.
Location was great. Decor was very modern. Hotel smelled really good throughout the day.
Horribly customer service, unfriendly front desk staff. Don't expect them to accommodate your needs, even though you have prior reservations. Also, the way the floor/rooms were laid out is confusing.
cool atmosphere, very comfortable bed, you can set the alarm on the tv to open the drapes, put the tv on your preferred channel, and set the temperature.
the hotel is realy good and worth visiting
