So at the first I booked for hotel only no resort. And the stuff asked me if I want to pay extra money for that and my answer was very clear NO ONLY HOTEL and charge me for that and 2nd I haven't received my deposit yet and on my recept it's showing that they charge me all deposit. I will not recommend this place. Money hungry

Everything was great! Got comp'd rooms, resort credit and even a nice view of the strip. We are definitely changing our rewards over to MGM. Was a little upset they closed out or folio early on check out day before we could finish using our resort credit. Cost me $ as I could of used it for breakfast but ended trying to waste it on other things. Ended up not using it all.

Second time staying here. The rooms are a good size. This time, however, we had issues with a number of lights/switches not working and had to get the in-room tablet replaced. Our area of the our floor was nice and quiet so never had any problems with getting good sleep. Just wish the hotel itself had a few more quick, daytime dining options. Cons (-) There was black mold growing in the shower and the room was disgusting. The glasses were used and dirty and the blankets had stains and had not been cleaned. The AC did not work properly so it was always hot. We were there with 3 other couples and they all had the same experience. Very disappointed with this hotel.

Cons (-) I've stayed at the Aria resort before and it seems like perhaps COVID has had a negative impact on quality. Both sinks were clogged and I had to have maintenance come in to unclog them as I didn't appreciate washing my hands and brushing my teeth over a pool of water. Pros (+) High tech beautiful comfortable room.
Cons (-) Overcrowded with limited availability of services. No coffee in room, but no chance of getting a cup in the hotel without waiting in a very long line like Disneyland. Couldn’t eat at any restaurant without a reservation well in advance or hours long wait. Long waitlist for pool. Overbooked given limited services due to COVID.
