Pros:The location is very close to town center.
Cons:There was no WiFi for 2 days, and when it came on it was weak and slow. While the hotel is being refurbished outside, I hope the owners will refresher up the interior carpet etc. The self service breakfast consist of all cold items, even hard boiled eggs were cold. The hotel could improve on their choice of expresso coffee and other varieties.

Pros:Room was nice. Price was good fpr the area. Hotel was clean. Parking was affordable.
Cons:Refrigerator did not work well
Pros:We were in town for a wedding that was held in another hotel that was booked. I was pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Lancaster. Sometimes you don't know what you're going to get when you book online. It was as beautiful as the photos on the website. The room was clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Although it was brief, we had a very nice stay.
Pros:Quite good value in a convenient location.
Cons:Needs more convenient electrical outlets.
Cons:Bathrooms were too small and tube was not clean.
Pros:Room was spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons:The breakfast was very limited. Bathroom door was in the way of bathroom.
Pros:The front staff was very helpful and accommodating, i also found them to be professional yet down to earth- a combination that is getting more and more rare. Room was nice, and clean- bed was comfy.
