Pros (+) When we first got to the hotel we were in a rush. Unfortunately we got a set of key cards that didn't work. Then, even our replacement keys didn't work. You would think this would be a negative review. But they handled this all very. Very helpfully. The room cleaners helped us into the room and understood our time issues. Everyone in this hotel did their best and I would absolutely stay here again...
