Pros:When we first got to the hotel we were in a rush. Unfortunately we got a set of key cards that didn't work. Then, even our replacement keys didn't work. You would think this would be a negative review. But they handled this all very. Very helpfully. The room cleaners helped us into the room and understood our time issues. Everyone in this hotel did their best and I would absolutely stay here again.
Cons:Absolutely nothing
Pros:Nicely appointed. Very clean. Very friendly staff from the front desk to the Bistro/bar to the maintenance staff; everyone seemed very proud to work there. The food service/prep staff were very gracious and the young man who prepared the food was very interested in our satsifaction and opinon. Lovely room and big comfortable king size beds with great pillows. Convenient and nicely equipped work out room. Indoor pool (small) and whirlpool. Lovely courtyard with poolside-like lounge chairs and a small gazebo. Great for reading, getting a little sun or quiet time. WiFi and wired access throughout.
Cons:Very little not to like. If pressed I can only say that the menu of food available at the Bistro is very limited. There are no omelettes or speciality faire available. However, given the type of hotel (business, traveler, tech-friendly), this is to be expected and they did a wonderful job with thier offerings.
