Pros (+) Good location, price. BAD:the door had a gap around it, temp was very cold , room was very cold slept in 2 layers put coats around door to block cold out, old electric heaters couldn't get heat temp up ,ice on inside windows in am
Cons (-) Room was very cold, panels around shower were loose and pulling away , we stayed on 2nd floor snow on stair could be dangerous to older people Would be OK in all seasons but winter would not stay here again in the winter probably would stay in other seasons need to fix door
