Cons (-) I would advise potential patrons to look elsewhere for lodging. The facilities are badly outdated and not very clean inside the rooms or in the parking lot. The lady at the desk was unfriendly as well. We didn’t even bother to take advantage of the breakfast offerings.

Pros (+) Lake Havasu is not known for hi-end properties. We just needed a clean place to sleep and this met the need. Front desk was happy and helpful. Rooms were clean.
Cons (-) A bit noisy from the street/parking, but I think this is normal for Lake Havasu.

Pros (+) Decent size clean rooms, friendly staff, had everything you need including refridge and microwave, plenty of parking, good location, near lots of restaurants.
Cons (-) Its not a luxury hotel if that is what you are looking for, it certainly filled the bill for us. In a few years it will need an upgrade, like everything else.
