Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and convenient access to Disney parks, as well as the enjoyable pool facilities. However, many expressed disappointment with service quality, citing unhelpful or unfriendly staff and unresolved issues. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting problems. Parking was a frequent complaint due to high costs and inconvenience. Overall, while the location and pool amenities stood out positively, service and parking detracted from the experience.

Great location. Easy access via bus or water taxi to the parks, Disney Springs and the Boardwalk area. This is also a Marriott property, so if you are a Bonvoy member, you can get credit as well. Nice lobby area, counter service cafe for a quick breakfast or cup of coffee and comfortable rooms.

Pros (+) Shivas restaurant was excellent. All staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons (-) Beds and pillows were too hard. Room was very basic and seemed more like a room in an economy hotel. Nobody likes the avalanche of fees that drop on you as you leave.

Pros (+) I enjoyed the pool and the front cafe.
Cons (-) More options for food at later hours. I didn’t have anything to eat because their late night options were closed.

Pros (+) We enjoyed the pools!
Cons (-) It would have been better if the swan paddle boats were more available. During our trip, they were frequently unavailable for use “due to weather”, though there were some boats already out in the water.

Cons (-) Prices a bit steep for food and drinks. Example: coffee/lattes that cost more than Starbucks?
