Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional central location, beautiful historic building, and charming atmosphere. Many highlighted the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, as well as the comfortable, clean rooms and unique wine cellar. The restaurant and breakfast generally received positive feedback for quality and ambiance. Some guests mentioned minor issues such as dark rooms, noise, or isolated service lapses, but these did not detract from the overall positive experience. A few negative incidents were reported regarding spa services and unexpected restaurant charges, but these were exceptions in an otherwise highly rated stay.
