The room could have been cleaner. I found garbage from a previous person’s stay under the bed. A used wash cloth in the shower. Clothes from a previous guest in the drawers. The room needed vacuuming. In general, the room looked run down and could use a fresh coat of paint but this is not as important as my comments above.

Pros (+) The only positive is that the Starbucks is very close by.
Cons (-) It started with the unpleasant counter person that checked us in. The rooms are very old and out of date. Made with cheap materials that have not aged well. Beds were totally uncomfortable. Bathroom had mold growing around the shower surround. The bathroom floor is stained yellow. Worst of all, there is no sound insulation in the rooms. We were given a room with a bowling team in rooms all around ...

Pros (+) Location was convenient, staff was pleasant, and the room was clean.
Cons (-) The rate was high because of Perdue graduation. Breakfast was not opened early enough for the early graduation services. First night there was an odor in the room, a/c unit louder than tv, fan in bathroom would not turn off, and an analog tv. The entrance to the lot was difficult to find. I would not recommend and hope that I will never need their facilities again.
