Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests found the beds comfortable and the location convenient, but there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, musty smells, and lack of housekeeping. Service was also a major concern, with reports of unfriendly or unhelpful staff, issues at check-in, and problems with communication. The breakfast was often described as poor or lacking in options. Despite these issues, a few guests noted positive experiences with staff and found the hotel to be a good value for the price.AI-generated from customer reviews
