Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciated the hotel's welcoming and helpful staff, often describing the service as kind, friendly, and attentive. The location is highlighted as ideal for both relaxation and outdoor activities, with beautiful mountain views and convenient access to hiking and skiing. Many reviews mention the breakfast as generous, tasty, and featuring local products. Cleanliness is consistently noted, with rooms and common areas described as very clean and well-maintained. Some guests commented on the hotel's rustic or outdated aspects, but this was generally seen as adding charm rather than detracting from the experience. A few negative remarks concern room temperature, noise, and outdated facilities, but these are outweighed by the positive feedback.
