Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for accessing the train station and city center. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and professionalism, and many guests found the beds comfortable and the rooms clean. However, several reviews mentioned significant noise issues, especially from the street, corridors, and cleaning staff, which affected sleep quality for some guests. Overall, the positives of location, service, and comfort outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
