Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, charming decor, and spacious rooms. However, many expressed disappointment with the lack of air conditioning, limited or absent staff presence, and amenities not matching expectations or descriptions. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though some noted minor issues. Breakfast and value for price were common points of dissatisfaction, with several guests feeling the offerings did not justify the high cost. Overall, while the atmosphere and location stood out positively, service and amenities left many guests underwhelmed.
