Pros (+) We accidentally took the wrong Congress bus from the airport and they graciously took us to the proper hotel. This was really kind!
Cons (-) It would have been helpful to know that there were two *Congress hotels and to b e sure to look for the proper bus at the airport. Also, our air conditioner was broken in our room so it was VERY hot and uncomfortable!

Pros (+) Nice shower.
Cons (-) Free shuttle was 55 minutes late even though the hotel is 11min away from the airport in traffic. We were polite when dealing with them. They were rude and short with us. Breakfast not included. A/C broken in our room... they said they'd work on it...we slept in a 28° Celsius room all night. 30 at 1100am the next morning before we checked out.

Cons (-) The shuttle service from the airport is terrible. No information about the shuttle pick up at the airport. Called the hotel 8 to 10 times regarding shuttle location. After picking up, the hotel receptionist, Enrique just hung up several times. Had to go to 3 different locations at the airport for the pick up. Upon seeing the shuttle, the driver would not wait for more then 2 minutes,

Pros (+) The location was excellent and Airport shuttle very helpful. On time and without cost.
Cons (-) The outside of the Hotel makes it appears as a 4-star hotel, however, once in the room it becomes obvious that it is a 3-star at best. Minimal amenities and budget.
