Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the attentive and friendly service, with many highlighting the staff's hospitality and attention to detail. The hotel's location was frequently mentioned as convenient and close to attractions and transport. Cleanliness was another strong point, with several guests noting the rooms were spotless and well maintained. The traditional Japanese atmosphere and experiences, such as public baths and authentic breakfasts, were also appreciated. Some minor drawbacks included uncomfortable pillows, outdated equipment, and occasional issues with breakfast or amenities, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
