Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and vibrant atmosphere, especially in the bar and common areas. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, though a few reviews noted occasional issues with bathrooms or musty smells. The bar and lounge were popular social spaces, and the overall ambiance was described as welcoming and stylish.
