Kuwait Airways is one of the airlines that has entered into competition with other carriers and has become distinguished in the quality of its services. However, it still requires further development, particularly in its digital services related to airport operations and in-flight entertainment. I believe that over the coming years, Kuwait Airways may reach a highly competitive level in terms of the services it provides.

The onboarding was extremely confusing. Had to climb the stairs to plan from tarmac with carryon bags in hand. No apologies for inconvenience. Overall not quite pleasant experience.
